Position: Site Engineer

Experience: 2–6 Years Minimum

Job Responsibilities

Complete supervision and execution of construction site activities.
Supervise civil works from foundation to finishing.
Coordinate and manage contractors, labourers and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor daily progress, labour and material requirements.
Check site measurements and material usage.
Ensure proper quality, safety and timely completion of work.
Coordinate with architects, consultants and management.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Handle site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Robust knowledge of construction and site supervision.
Ability to independently handle a complete construction site.
Valuable communication, coordination and leadership skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
