About the Role
n
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer – III with strong expertise in Revit Architecture . The role involves working closely with the Project Manager on design development, construction documentation, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist the Project Manager in maintaining design and technical quality standards
n
Prepare floor plans, wall partition plans, RCPs, elevations, millwork drawings, and construction documents
n
Set up and maintain Revit drawing standards and consistency across deliverables
n
Handle projects from concept through design development and construction documentation
n
Maintain solid proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
n
Ensure project schedules, deadlines, and quality standards are met
n

Requirements
n
n
4+ years of relevant experience
n
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
n
Strong command of Revit Architecture is mandatory
n
Experience with multifamily, single-family, or townhome projects preferred
n
Robust knowledge of architectural documentation and construction drawings
n
Good written and verbal English communication skills
n
Solid attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
