End-to-End MV Switchgear Order/Project Execution
MV Switchgear Technical Knowledge AIS/GIS/RMU/VCB & Protection Systems
Project Planning, Scheduling & On-Time Delivery Management

Problem Solving, Risk Management & Execution Control

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer orders for Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear, including AIS, GIS, RMU, Compact Substations, and associated protection and control systems. The role ensures timely execution of orders from receipt through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, dispatch, and commissioning support while meeting customer requirements, contractual commitments, quality standards, and business objectives. The position serves as the primary coordination point between customers, Sales, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The role is also responsible for monitoring project schedules, resolving execution issues, managing documentation, mitigating risks,



and ensuring compliance with contractual and technical specifications.

End-to-end execution of Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear projects (AIS, GIS, RMU, Compact Substations. Reviewing customer purchase orders, Technical specifications & contractual requirements.

Achieve committed project milestones and on-time delivery
Drive timely drawing/document approvals and long-lead material availability
Maintain project-wise MIS, ageing and risk/issue tracker
Proactively escalate bottlenecks and drive recovery actions
Ensure adherence to quality, contractual, statutory and customer requirements
Support billing/invoicing milestones and closure of open commercial/technical issues
