Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mumbai, Agra, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

n

• Identify recent leads: dental clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, and professional bodies in dental & dental radiology sectors.

n

• Expand market presence in current geographies/markets for dental imaging adoption.

n

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners.

n

Sales & Closure

n

• Conduct product presentations and demos for clients.

n

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.

n

• Manage end-to-end sales process to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Product & Market Expertise

n





• Maintain robust knowledge of Vatech's product range and competitive landscape.

n

• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and customer needs.

n

Collaboration & Reporting

n

• Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams for demand generation and customer support.

n

• Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and competitor activities.

n

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through smooth handover to Service teams.

n

Brand Representation

n

• Represent Vatech India at trade shows, conferences, and dental events.

n

• Conduct product demos and training for clients and partners.
