Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to join our accounts team. In

n

this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and

n

ensure compliance with accounting standards. This position provides a great chance to

n

expand your accounting skills, gain exposure to audits and tax compliance, and contribute to

n

a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
n
Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
n
Reconciliation:



Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company accounts.
n
Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and deadlines.
n
Audit Support: Collaborate with senior accountants during internal and external audits, providing required documentation and support.
n
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

n

n
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
n
1–3 years of practical accounting experience in a professional setting.
n
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
n
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
