Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple client accounts ensuring timely delivery of media advisories, coverage reports, and other deliverables.
n
Maintain adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
n
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated communication plans that align with client objectives across traditional and digital platforms.
n
Guide clients through dynamic media environments and proactively manage reputational risks by identifying emerging trends and key influencers.
n
Build and maintain robust relationships with key journalists and digital influencers relevant to the consumer industry.
n
Oversee media outreach, story placement, and thought leadership opportunities.
n
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building solid, long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction.
n
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
n
Work closely with Account Directors to identify and convert new business opportunities.
n
Motivate and mentor junior team members,



providing constructive feedback and supporting skilled growth.
n
Stay ahead of upcoming news trends, industry developments, and consumer insights.
n
Guide the team in creating compelling media pitches and securing impactful placements.
n
Partner with colleagues across departments and practices to deliver integrated solutions and drive business results.
n
Support a healthy work environment through regular feedback, recognition, and continuous learning initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

n

n

Education: Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field

n

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in PR, with proven success in managing consumer brand accounts.

n

Skills:

Strong media relations and network within the consumer sector.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication.
n
Strategic thinking with executional excellence.
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Team leadership and mentoring experience.
