Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000.00 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This is primarily a field-based role involving customer interactions, property site visits, and explaining real estate projects to prospective buyers while helping them find the right property.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Explain project details, pricing, offers to prospective buyers.
n
Plan and manage site visits for prospective buyers.
n
Assist customer throughout the sales process and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
n




Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, onboarding, and customer support.
n
Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service before and after the sale.
n
Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and local real estate market trends.
n

Requirements:

n

n
Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad for property site visits.
n
Education: BBA / MBA / any other related field.
n
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Positive spoken English and Telugu. Hindi is an added advantage.
n
Valuable sales skills with the ability to communicate confidently and convince customers.
n
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
