Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting international clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor support requests, document issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day support operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
n
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
n
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
n
Track, document, and manage support tickets until closure.
n
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
n




Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and effective communication.
n
Contribute to improving support processes and operational efficiency.
n

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
n
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
n
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
Basic technical understanding of websites, software applications, or digital products.
n
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
n
Experience in customer support, BPO, IT, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.
n
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Must be willing to work Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST).

Must be able to work from the Vadodara office.
