Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, negotiation, sales conversions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of design projects.

You will be the bridge between the client and the creative team, ensuring clarity, trust, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales and lead generation
n
Communicate professionally with international clients via calls, chats, and emails
n




Understand client requirements and guide them through our branding/design services
n
Handle negotiations, proposals, and closing deals confidently
n
Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure timely execution and delivery
n
Manage project progress updates and ensure client satisfaction
n
Deliver final design deliverables and brand assets in an organized manner
n
Build long-term relationships and create repeat business prospects
n
Maintain excellent service standards throughout the customer journey

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling
n
Robust hands-on experience with Lead Generation Tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
Ability to build trust with premium/global clients
n
Organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n
Understanding of creative services like branding, logo design, and digital services is an add-on
