We are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the legal function with strong expertise in litigation, dispute resolution, legal strategy and risk management.

Role Snapshot:

Lead end-to-end legal matters with a solid focus on litigation, including managing disputes, legal proceedings, external counsels, contracts, regulatory matters and legal risk. The role will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic legal guidance and ensure effective legal governance across the organization.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution




- Proven experience managing complex legal matters and external counsels
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in a leadership / Head of Legal capacity preferred
