About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Life Asia Tester to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and successful launch of current products within the life insurance domain. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing activities, from initial product launch validation to ongoing UAT support and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing of Life Asia applications in the Life Insurance domain.
- Participate in new product launch testing and validate business requirements.
- Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Validate policy issuance,



underwriting, premium processing, endorsements, renewals, and claims-related workflows.
- Support Day 1 and Day 2 go-live activities, including production validation and issue tracking.
- Log, track, and retest defects and coordinate with development and business teams for closure.
- Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, processes, and release timelines.

Requirements

- 1+ year of relevant experience in Life Asia testing.
- Proficiency in Life Asia Testing, Life Insurance business processes, and Product Launch testing.
- Experience with UAT coordination, policy administration systems, and insurance workflows.
- Familiarity with Day 1 and Day 2 go-live support.
- Any graduate degree.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Term Insurance, Endowment Insurance, ULIP, Savings Insurance, and Group Insurance.
- Knowledge of JIRA, ALM, Quality Center, and STLC.
- Experience with testing documentation.
- Familiarity with maturity, death, and surrender processes.
