Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensing & Compliance Executive – Agriculture to manage agriculture-related licenses, registrations, documentation, government coordination and compliance activities.

The candidate will coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities and travel across India whenever required for licensing and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage agriculture-related licenses, registrations and renewals.

Prepare and submit applications and required documents.

Coordinate with Agriculture Departments, Government Authorities and Regulatory Bodies.

Handle government office visits and regular follow-ups.

Maintain records of licenses, certificates, approvals and compliance documents.

Track license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

Support state-wise licensing and regulatory requirements.





Prepare compliance reports and maintain trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate internally to collect documents required for registrations and approvals.

Travel across India for licensing, compliance and government-related work.

Required Skills

B.Sc. / M.Sc. Agriculture qualification.

Knowledge of agriculture-related licensing and compliance processes.

Good communication and government liaison skills.

Robust follow-up and documentation skills.

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to independently handle government office visits.

Willingness to travel across India.

Valid driving license will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in agri-inputs, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, bio-products, agriculture e-commerce or regulatory affairs will be an advantage.
