Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist the legal team with legal research, documentation, drafting, compliance-related tasks, and day-to-day legal activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case laws.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, notices, and other correspondence.
- Support the team in maintaining and organizing legal records and documentation.
- Assist with basic contract review and documentation.
- Help in preparing legal summaries, reports, and research notes.
- Assist with compliance-related activities and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collecting required legal documents and information.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the senior/legal team.

Requirements




- Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB.
- Good understanding of basic legal concepts and terminology.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional workplace.
