We’re looking for a Learning & Development Trainer who can turn business needs into engaging learning experiences, build confident recent starters, and help our sales teams perform at their best.

This is an opportunity to work closely with business leaders, operational teams and global stakeholders and make a visible impact on how people learn, perform and grow.

?What you’ll own:

? Learning Needs & Stakeholder Partnership

•Identify capability gaps and translate business needs into practical learning solutions.

•Partner with stakeholders to align learning plans with business goals.

•Review and continuously improve existing learning curricula.

? Design & Deliver

•Design and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programmes.

•Build impactful onboarding, orientation and job-specific learning interventions.

•Create e-learning content and facilitate coaching and training sessions.

•support our sales function with learning that drives performance, customer service and commercial results.

?Own New Starter Experience

•Design and deliver end-to-end orientation and onboarding programmes.

•Cover business context, culture, systems, compliance and ways of working.

•Quickly learn our business and operating models and become an SME in the areas you train.

•Partner with operational leaders and SMEs to keep content practical, relevant and current.





?Measure What Matters

•Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, data and stakeholder insights.

•Connect learning outcomes to business performance.

•Identify opportunities to improve learning transfer and time-to-productivity.

⚙️Keep Learning Moving

•Manage learning schedules, attendance and records.

•Support L&D; projects and ensure learning activities run smoothly.

?What we’re looking for

•1–3 years of experience in Training, L&D; or Talent Development.

•International / global training experience is mandatory.

•Proven experience delivering ILT and virtual training.

•Experience designing onboarding, orientation and job-specific learning.

•Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

•Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes.

•Adaptable, creative and confident working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

•Experience supporting operations teams is highly desirable.

•Experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, sales or service delivery is a strong advantage.

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D;, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
