Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain learning content for technical, quality, safety, compliance, behavioral, and leadership training.

- Convert classroom content into digital learning formats, including e-learning modules, micro learning videos, assessments, presentations, and job aids.

- Manage training calendars, deployment schedules, and learner participation for mandatory and developmental programs.

- Collaborate with internal SMEs/Department Heads for content creation and training delivery.

- Support on boarding, skill development, and capability-building initiatives for employees across levels.

- Design and administer assessments, certifications, and training evaluations.

- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback,



and on-the-job evaluations.

- Conduct skill-gap analysis and recommend development interventions.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, ISO, GMP, and other mandatory training requirements.

Key Skills Required :

- Instructional design and e-learning development

- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

- Competency mapping and assessment frameworks

- Learning analytics and reporting

- Content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)

- MS Office Suite and digital learning platforms
