Position :- Learning and Development Manager/ Senior Manager
Experience:- 10-14 years
Location:- Bengaluru (Hybrid)
- 12+ years of progressive L&D; experience, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial/leadership capacity, ideally within IT services, product engineering, or technology consulting organizations
- Proven track record designing and scaling L&D; functions for engineering-heavy or technical workforces
- Solid stakeholder management skills comfortable partnering with senior leadership, delivery heads, and HRBPs
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, content curation, and vendor management
- Design and drive the end-to-end L&D; strategy aligned to business and workforce goals, covering technical upskilling, leadership development, and behavioral/soft-skills programs
- Partner with engineering, delivery, and business leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted capability-building roadmaps (cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, quality engineering, etc.)
- Build and scale structured onboarding, career-pathing, and manager-development programs
- Own the L&D; budget, vendor and content partner relationships, and LMS/tech platform strategy
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D; professionals/trainers
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, certifications, and internal mobility
- Stay ahead of L&D; trends (AI-enabled learning, adaptive learning platforms) and bring innovation into program design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and program management skills
