We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L&D; Associateto support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR compliance while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and overtime tracking.
- Provide support in payroll coordination and documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and basic statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist in handling employee queries and basic grievance support.
- Support training coordination and HR administrative tasks.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and operations.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
