We are looking for a Lead Recruiter who understands deeptech talent beyond keywords .

This is not a volume-sourcing role. Our benchmark is 2 placements for every 10 resumes submitted

- because we care about precision, technical fit and, ultimately, closing.

You will own the complete recruitment cycle for some of the hardest-to-find talent in Semiconductor Design and Embedded Systems . From identifying a highly specialised engineer to understanding their technical depth, pitching the opportunity and getting the deal across the line - you own it end to end.

This is a pure Individual Contributor role . No team management. No layers. No recruitment operations overhead. Just high-quality research, sharp candidate conversations and successful closures.

About the Hiring Environment The engineering behind this organisation sits quietly underneath some of the world's most critical systems - from automotive safety and flight-control systems to cloud datacentres, deep-sea sensors and satellite infrastructure .

At this scale, engineering decisions carry enormous consequences. The talent you will be hiring is building systems where performance, reliability and precision are not optional.

What You Will Recruit For

Your mandate will be heavily focused on Semiconductor and Embedded Systems , including:

- RTL / ASIC Design Engineers
- Firmware Engineers
- DSP Engineers
- Hardware Verification Engineers
- Embedded Systems Engineers
- Systems Engineers
- Semiconductor and Hardware Design specialists
- Engineering talent across aerospace, automotive and critical infrastructure

You should be comfortable understanding the difference between profiles that look similar on paper but are fundamentally different in technical depth.

What You Bring

Must-have:

- 5–15+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems or DeepTech hiring.
- Previous experience recruiting within a hardware, chip-design or deeptech workplace .




- Strong exposure to hiring across ASIC/RTL, Embedded Firmware, Hardware Verification and Systems Engineering .
- A demonstrated ability to close candidates , not simply source and submit them.
- Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to research highly specialised talent pools and identify people who may not be actively looking.
- Experience working on difficult, niche or leadership-critical mandates where standard sourcing approaches don't work.

AI-First Recruiting

- We expect recruiters to work differently today.
- You should have practical experience using AI in your recruitment workflow
- whether that's automating sourcing, improving screening, researching talent markets, evaluating technical profiles or building your own lean recruiting process.

- You don't need to be an AI specialist. You need to be someone who actively experiments with better ways of recruiting.

What This Role Is Not

- This is not a volume-recruiting position.
- If your experience is primarily in generic IT recruitment, adjacent technology hiring, high-volume staffing or sourcing without ownership of closures, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
- We are looking for someone who can hunt, understand, influence and close .
