About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TA Lead / Senior Recruiter to support the hiring and setup of a new GCC in Navi Mumbai . This is a hands-on role focused on building strong talent pipelines and managing end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and Operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements, sourcing strategy, and candidate selection.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage multiple roles while ensuring strong quality, TAT, and candidate experience .
- Track hiring progress, funnel metrics, and offer-to-join conversions.

Key Hiring Areas Experience hiring for AP, AR, GL, R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A;, Tax,



Treasury, Credit & Collections, Billing, Payroll, and Finance Operations is required.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of TA/recruitment experience.
- Strong Finance/Accounting hiring experience, preferably in a GCC/GBS/Shared Services setting.
- Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
- Experience supporting GCC setup/ramp-up is preferred.
- Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.

Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire with potential conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.
