We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as

a Sales Coordinator cum Executive Assistant in the Service related industry. As a Sales

n

Coordinator cum EA, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our

n

sales team while assisting the executives in their day-to-day operations.

n

This position requires excellent communication skills, robust attention to detail, and the

n

ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

n

Responsibilities

n

 Responsible to prepare and maintain the sales MIS reports, record the minutes of the

n

meetings & reviews, f/up with the team in implementing and accomplish the targeted

n

tasks.

n

 Serve as the primary point of contact for daily coordination between the sales team and

n

business development team.

n

 Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

n

by updating contact information, activities, and opportunities.

n

 Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.

n

 Coordinate and manage schedules, initiate the periodical sales reviews and meetings with





n

necessary information from Team members.

n

 Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the

n

company.

n

 Provide support during sales events and other external conferences.

n

 Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and

n

improve business strategies

n

 Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and conferences

n

Requirements

n

 Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

n

 Proven experience as a sales coordinator or executive assistant

n

 Robust organizational and time management skills

n

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

n

 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

n

 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work

n

 Familiarity with CRM Tools is a plus.

n

 Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while also being capable of

n

working independently.
