Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 07:00 PM To 04:00 AM)

Cab Facility (only for Female Within Hiring Zone )

Key Responsibilities

n

Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
n
Acquire and manage direct clients for US IT staffing services.
n
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
n
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates.
n
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
n
Track market trends,



competitor activities, and emerging business prospects.
n
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
n
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
n
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
n

Mandatory Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
n
Willingness to work in night shifts (US business hours).
n
Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.

Ability to work from the Gurgaon office.
