Job Summary Responsible for supporting procurement and materials management activities by evaluating vendor quotations, preparing commercial comparisons, assisting in supplier negotiations, coordinating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites in accordance with approved specifications and requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Review and evaluate quotations received from vendors and suppliers against identified technical and commercial specifications.
Prepare comparative analysis reports based on technical specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and transportation methods.




Assist the Assistant Manager – Materials in negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and mutually beneficial contract terms.
Coordinate with Project Managers to prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved suppliers, negotiated prices, and technical specifications.
Monitor and follow up on material deliveries to ensure timely delivery to designated project sites.
Coordinate with suppliers and relevant project teams to resolve procurement and delivery-related issues.
Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
