Brief technicians on Mode of treatment or any significant aspect of the service delivery
Supervise the services depending on the importance of client and the criticality of services




Efforts shall be made to achieve maximum 2% Complaints against the total number of jobs delivered during the month.
Attend to customer complaints within 16 working hours
Achieve technician productivity as per the company policy.
To attend the complaints & logically conclude them.
Educate the clients on dos and don’ts.
Undertake IPM audits at customers valuing more than INR 50,000 per annum
Manage the leave Of Service Technicians
To Prevent spill over of services into the next month and not create a backlog
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of equipment.
Shall identify the training needs of the technicians as well as the back office support team.
