Job Title: BIM Coordinator – Architecture

Qualifications:

n

n
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
n
Minimum 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
n

n

Technical Skills:

n

n
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks .
n
Solid understanding of architectural, MEP, and related construction drawings.
n
Good knowledge of building construction methodologies and BIM standards.
n
Experience in BIM coordination for large-scale commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value infrastructure projects.
n
Ability to perform clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM tools.
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts.
n
Produce accurate,



error-free drawings and documentation in compliance with project standards.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.
n
Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related activities.
n
Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, company standards, and quality procedures.
n
