Project phase wise micro activity plan preparation and monitoring & Status update (V3P4)

Validate the RGPQP Portal documents and assure 100%

adherence

Participate in Gauge concept review as per I4I Rasic and feedback

Review Phase wise SMS and monitor the adherence &

Feedback

Tooling follow up to establish Off-Tool at VC

Monitor Receiving Inspection for Applicable parts, Status update and NG Part handling. Follow up on concerns to prevent in the next build lot.

Line management AVES Concerns and Line issues

Review with supplier
Risk Supplier Management

Monitor supplier ranking monthly and identify the risk suppliers Discuss with team for improvement defects and to eliminate quality issues.
Ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Workplace





standards as set by the organization and in line with statutory requirements Ensure adherence to health and safety laws and standards as per regulatory requirements and as per Renault-Nissans corporate policies

PFMEA, PPAP, 8D, CP, PF

Preferred candidate profile
3+ Years of Experience in Current Product Development Supplier Development
Should be from an Automotive Domain
Should be willing to work onsite
