About the Role

n

KR Mangalam School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admission Counselor to manage the full cycle of student admissions and guide prospective parents/students through the school’s academic offerings, admission policies, and enrollment process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school admissions and counseling with excellent communication skills, solid follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

n

Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students for admission inquiries.
n
Provide detailed information regarding school programs, curriculum, fee structure, admission criteria, campus facilities, and policies.
n
Facilitate campus tours and ensure a positive experience for parents and visitors.
n
Manage and process admission applications, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee enrollment formalities.
n
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins to ensure inquiry-to-admission conversion.
n
Maintain updated records in CRM/ERP, generate MIS reports, and submit weekly dashboards to management.
n
Coordinate with academic departments, finance,



administration, and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and orientation.
n
Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, school fairs, and outreach activities to build brand visibility and strengthen admission pipelines.
n
Handle parent queries professionally and maintain robust relationships throughout the admission lifecycle.
n
Ensure compliance with school policies, timelines, and admission protocols.

Must have more than 2 years of experience in k12 Counselling.
