Job Summary

n

We are seeking Technical Program Managers to support a large-scale migration initiative. The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.
n
Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.
n
Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
n
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
n
Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership.
n
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide explicit,



concise program updates.
n
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
n
Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
n
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
n
Robust understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
n
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving capabilities.
n

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale platform or data migrations.
n
Background in working with distributed systems or enterprise environments.
n
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with cross‐functional global teams.
