Key Responsibilities

Create compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and branding
n
Translate campaign briefs into strong visual concepts and layouts
n
Assist in developing key visuals (KVs), mood boards, and design directions
n
Apply strong typography, grids, and visual hierarchy principles
n
Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and internal teams
n




Adapt designs across multiple formats (ads, banners, posts, etc.)
n
Stay updated with design trends and advertising best practices
n
Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstorming
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
1–1.5 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency
n
Design graduate (BFA / B.Des or relevant degree in design/visual arts)
n
Solid portfolio showcasing campaign-based creative work
n
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
n
Working knowledge of tools like After Effects, Figma, or Premiere Pro is a plus
n
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team
