BIM & AEC - Business Development Manager US Outsourcing

Role Summary

n

BrezQ is seeking a BIM/AEC Business Development professional to acquire US clients for BIM, VDC and Engineering Design outsourcing services delivered from India.

n

Responsibilities

n

Acquire current US clients across AEC firms, General Contractors, MEP Contractors, Architects and Engineering firms.

n

Build and manage a qualified US BIM/AEC outsourcing pipeline.

n

Engage Owners, VPs, BIM/VDC Directors, Preconstruction Directors, Project Managers and Engineering leaders.

n

Conduct technical discovery of BIM workflows, project requirements, modeling standards and production capacity.

n

Develop solutions and proposals for:

n

Revit BIM Modeling

n

Architectural BIM

n

Structural BIM

n

MEPF BIM

n

Scan-to-BIM

n

Clash Detection / Coordination

n

Shop Drawings

n

Construction Documentation

n

Revit Family Creation

n

Quantity Takeoff / Estimating

n

Prepare commercial proposals, SOWs and project/team pricing.

n

Lead client presentations,



negotiations and contract closure.

n

Coordinate with BIM/engineering teams for scope, effort estimation and delivery planning.

n

Must Have

n

5+ years of B2B business development experience in BIM, AEC, Engineering Services or Construction Technology outsourcing.

n

Proven US client acquisition and revenue generation experience.

n

Strong understanding of BIM/VDC workflows and AEC project delivery.

n

Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.

n

Experience selling offshore BIM / engineering services.

n

Robust consultative selling, proposal development and negotiation skills.

n

Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, clash coordination and construction documentation.

n

Preferred

n

Existing US AEC/Construction client network.

n

Experience selling managed BIM teams / dedicated offshore delivery centers.

n

Knowledge of Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP workflows.

n

Experience with US construction documentation and standards.

n

Primary KPI: Recent US BIM/AEC clients and recurring outsourcing revenue.
