About the Role

Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive operations of an organization or business location.

n

Requirements:

n

n
II PUC or Bachelor's Degree
n
Supervisory experience in Facility departments
n
Organized at work
n
Personally robust enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.
n
Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada)
n

n

Work location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore.

n

Responsibilities for Facility Administrator/Executive:

n

n
Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.
n
Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
n
Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.
n
Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.
n
Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance
n
Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
n
Allocate office space according to needs
n
Handle insurance plans and service contracts
n




Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission
n
Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs.
n
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
n
Travel arrangements - ticket & stay
n
Event coordinator
n
Very little field work when required and should know the local market
