Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Main responsibility includes preparation of Municipal Drawings and Working Drawings while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame.
Assist in executing the project design and construction details.
Apply the knowledge of Rules &
Regulations of PMC, PCMC & other sanctioning authorities while preparing valuable for construction &
Municipal Drawings.
Maintain same level of communication with other Sr. Technicians in other teams
Undertake day to day duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems
Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
Use company resources in a responsible manner.
Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and under time pressure.

Essential Competencies:




- Excellent Drafting skills- Thorough in AutoCAD
Up-to-date knowledge of Rules &
Regulations pertaining to sanctioning bodies.
Experience in handling large scale Projects
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of being an active part in communication channels within the team and with the client.
Experience is working individually and within a team
Keen attention to detail
Eager to learn and develop current skills
Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity
Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.

Preferred Skills:
Pre DCR &
Auto DCR Software.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop &/or any 3D modelling tool.
