As a Associate General Manager - Sales, you will own the business performance and revenue growth for the assigned region. You will lead the sales function, drive operational excellence, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experience and business outcomes.

What You'll Own

Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Sales professionals to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
n
Monitor and improve the sales funnel, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency.
n
Own P&L; responsibilities for the region and ensure profitability.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, and Customer Experience for seamless project execution.
n
Hire, train, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent.
n
Drive customer-centric initiatives and continuously improve the customer journey.
n
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives and market expansion plans.

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
n
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L; management.
n
Solid experience in managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
n
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
n
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
n
Experience in interior design, home interiors, real estate, retail, or related industries will be preferred.
n
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a agile and high-growth environment.
