We're looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our tool room and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with CNC machining and a proven track record of leading production teams in a precision manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day plant and tool room operations.
n
Drive production planning to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
n
Manage and mentor supervisors, programmers, engineers, and machine operators.
n
Optimise machine utilisation and improve operational efficiency.
n
Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, and Quality teams.
n
Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety.

Requirements

n
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
n
7+ years of experience in tool room or precision manufacturing.
n
Hands-on experience with CNC Machines is mandatory.
n
Proven experience leading production teams and shop floor operations.
n
Robust knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and drawings.
n
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
n
Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing is preferred.
