We are looking for a skilled Structural Design skilled with 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural design and coordination for residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects. Candidates from reputed real estate developers or leading design consultancy firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Prepare and review structural design concepts, calculations, and detailed drawings for real estate projects.
n
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, PMC teams, and site execution teams for design integration.
n
Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety norms, and project requirements.
n
Review RCC and steel structural designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
n
Monitor design timelines and support project execution teams during construction stages.
n
Conduct value engineering and optimization of structural systems.
n




Review consultant deliverables and provide technical inputs for approvals.
n
Support troubleshooting and resolution of structural issues during execution.
n
Ensure quality, constructability, and cost-efficiency in structural design solutions.
n

Desired Candidate Profile:

n

n
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
n
8+ years of relevant experience in structural design within the real estate industry.
n
Must have worked with reputed real estate developers or leading structural/design consultancy firms.
n
Solid understanding of RCC, steel structures, high-rise buildings, and construction methodologies.
n
Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, PROTECTED, AutoCAD, and Revit will be preferred.
n
Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
