DoPrepare artisan breads, sourdough, laminated pastries, cakes, cookies, and dessert

s.Maintain consistency in recipes, quality, and presentatio

n.Develop recent seasonal bakery products alongside the culinary tea

m.Manage production planning, inventory, and minimize wastag

e.Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety,

n.Train and support junior bakery team member

WhoHas 3–6 years of experience in a skilled bakery, café, or hot

el.Has strong knowledge of bread baking, fermentation, viennoiserie, and pastry producti

on.Understands ingredients and values quality over convenien
