About the Prospect
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Trainer to conduct a 30-hour short-term training program in Palghar. The engagement will be for approximately one week , with remuneration provided on an hourly basis .
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 30 hours of classroom training on Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Cover practical and industry-oriented topics including:
Supply Chain Fundamentals
Logistics & Transportation
Warehouse Management
Inventory Management
Procurement & Purchasing
Inbound & Outbound Operations
Order Processing & Distribution
Supply Chain Documentation
Basic MS Excel for Supply Chain Operations
Use practical examples, case studies, activities and industry scenarios to make the sessions engaging.
Conduct assessments, assignments and practical exercises where required.
Maintain attendance and basic training records.
Ensure candidates understand both theoretical concepts and practical workplace applications.
Complete the prescribed 30-hour curriculum within one week .
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
2+ years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory or procurement.
Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
Candidates with experience in skill development / vocational training / NSQF-aligned programs will be preferred.
