ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify potential clients for AUTORUNX. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of businesses that can benefit from our AI automation solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Research and identify potential clients across target industries

? Build and manage outreach lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, and similar tools

? Execute cold outreach via Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs

? Qualify leads based on business size, budget, and automation needs

? Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team

? Track and manage all leads in the CRM (GoHighLevel / HubSpot)

? Follow up consistently with prospects through multi-touch sequences

? Report weekly on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status

? Work closely with the sales and automation team to refine targeting

REQUIREMENTS

? Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development,



or outbound sales

? Proven track record of hitting lead generation targets

? Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Instantly, etc.)

? Strong written communication skills for cold emails and DMs

? Experience using CRM platforms to track and manage leads

? Ability to research and understand different industries quickly

? Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

? Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

NICE TO HAVE

➕ Experience selling AI, SaaS, or tech products

➕ Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)

➕ Experience targeting real estate, e-commerce, or agency clients

➕ Knowledge of personal branding and social selling on LinkedIn
