Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement Strategy

- Develop and execute the organization's employee engagement strategy and annual engagement calendar.

- Design initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace culture.

- Drive employee listening mechanisms, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback forums.

- Analyze engagement data and recommend action plans to leadership.

Employee Experience &

- Culture

- Lead programs that enhance employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

- Promote organizational values and cultural transformation initiatives.

- Develop initiatives that foster diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and belonging.

- Support change management and culture-building programs.

Rewards, Recognition &

- Wellness

- Design and manage employee recognition and rewards programs.

- Drive wellness initiatives focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

- Organize appreciation events, celebrations, and employee-focused campaigns.

Communication &

- Employee Connect

- Create communication strategies that improve transparency and employee participation.

- Manage employee forums,



town halls, skip-level meetings, and leadership connect programs.

- Develop engaging content for internal communication platforms.

Events &

- Engagement Activities

- Plan and execute employee engagement events, team-building activities, CSR initiatives, and cultural celebrations.

- Coordinate annual employee engagement budgets and vendor partnerships.

- Ensure high participation and engagement across locations and functions.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Learning &
- Development, and Communications teams.

- Act as a trusted advisor on employee engagement best practices.

- Partner with leadership teams to implement engagement action plans.

Analytics &

- Reporting

- Track key engagement metrics including employee satisfaction, retention, participation rates, eNPS, and survey scores.

- Present engagement insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Benchmark engagement practices against industry standards.
