Inviting applications for the role of Lead -Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

This position requires excellent analytical, management & strategic thinking skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders in multiple functions to develop and drive financial strategies and newer analytics.

Responsibilities

1. Key responsibility will be to work with different teams within corporate finance, business finance, controllership etc. to stich the story together and draw out key insights/ drive current analytics around different areas of P&L; reporting, SG&A; spends governance, Balance sheet,



Sales metrics, cash etc
2. Think out of the box and be an ace in storytelling and executive presence.
3. To be able to do above its important this person to be an SME in Finance Planning and Analytics / management reporting.
4. Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook
5. Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis) with detailed commentary and analysis
6. Review business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on regular basis.
7. Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision making.
8. Drive discussions with senior stake holders to extract insights, understand business on the ground, act as a fact-based challenger, and then build a crisp narrative.
9. Should have experience in scenario building, competition analysis, what if analysis to understand the financial impacts of various operational decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Certified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or an MBA
2. Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good in communication

7. Commercially savvy
8. Proficient with tools like - frameworks/ presentation / analytical tools like power bi/ excel/ macros

Preferred qualifications

1. Experience in strategic role or Tech-Finance role will help
2. Qualified CA, MBA
