ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are seeking a high-caliber Lead AI Engineer / AI Team Lead with 7–9 years of deep engineering experience to architect and lead the delivery of next-generation agentic workflows, autonomous multi-agent systems, and scalable enterprise AI solutions. In this role, you will define the core technical architecture, mentor junior AI engineers, and bridge up-to-date Generative AI frameworks with production-grade enterprise software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Agentic Architecture &
- Orchestration:

Lead the technical architecture of complex, autonomous multi-agent state machines and directed workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and asynchronous Python design patterns.

- Enterprise Automation Pipelines:

Oversee and scale robust API-driven automation infrastructure with n8n and microservices, securely interfacing LLMs with enterprise applications (Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, ERPs).

- Advanced RAG &

- Knowledge Engineering:

Architect high-performance,



low-latency Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate), advanced chunking, hybrid search, and semantic rerankers.

- Prompt &

- Schema Governance:

Establish enterprise best practices for schema validation (Pydantic / Toolcalling), deterministic JSON structured outputs, and systematic prompt optimization to eliminate hallucinations.

- LLMOps, Tracing &

- Evaluation:

Set up automated evaluation benchmarks (accuracy, latency, cost metrics) and comprehensive observability pipelines using LangSmith, Phoenix Tracing, or OpenTelemetry.

- Technical Mentorship &

- Governance:

Lead sprint planning, conduct architecture reviews, enforce code quality standards, and provide direct technical mentorship to Associate and Junior AI Engineers.
