Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Land Acquisition role based in Bengaluru.

The Land

Acquisition professional will identify and evaluate potential land parcels in North Bangalore and nearby areas, leveraging market research and developer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preliminary site visits, coordinating due diligence activities, assessing land development potential, and preparing comparative analysis reports for internal stakeholders. The role involves engaging with landowners, local authorities, and developers to negotiate and structure acquisition proposals aligned with company and client objectives.





The professional will also collaborate closely with the advisory and sales teams to ensure that acquired land supports premium residential projects and long-term strategic growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Acquisitions and Land Acquisition skills, including experience identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable land parcels.
- Candidates should possess solid Due Diligence capabilities, including legal, technical, and financial verification of land titles and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Land Development understanding, with the ability to assess zoning, infrastructure, and feasibility for residential projects.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze local real estate trends, pricing, demand drivers, and developer preferences.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with landowners, legal teams, and developers.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis and MS Office tools; familiarity with real estate regulations and local property laws in Karnataka is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in office, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of integrity, transparency, and client-focused service.
