About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, non-technical, and campus hiring functions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the

EdTech industry and a strong track record of hiring for sales and business roles at scal

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for sales and non-technical roles

, from sourcing to onboarding.
Drive campus hiring initiatives — including college tie-ups, campus drives, and building pipelines of fresh talent.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus placement cells.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closures.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure high offer-to-joining ratio.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/high-volume roles.
Partner with business heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in the

EdTech sector

Proven experience in sales hiring and non-technical hiring

.
Hands-on experience with campus hiring/campus recruitment drives

.
Strong sourcing skills across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS tools.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Good to Have
Experience working with startups or quick-growing organizations.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Exposure to bulk/volume hiring processes.
