:
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Finacle practice across Core Banking, Digital Banking (FEBA), CRM, Treasury, Payments, Integrator, Technical Services, L1/L2/L3 Support, Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, Testing and Customization.
Partner with Delivery Heads, Account Managers and Business Leaders to understand hiring demand and workforce plans.
Maintain Demand & Talent Traceability Matrix covering demand ageing, sourcing, interview status, offer status and deployment readiness.
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of Finacle professionals through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and recruitment partners.
Coordinate technical screening, panel interviews, client interviews, salary discussions and offer release.
Manage the complete Offer-to-Join lifecycle including candidate engagement during notice period, joining readiness, documentation,



onboarding coordination and deployment planning.
Mitigate joining risks including counter offers, competing offers and delayed releases through proactive engagement.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal stakeholders for all recruitment activities.
Publish weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and KPI reports.
Ensure recruitment governance, SLA adherence and superior candidate experience.

Skills Required:
IT Recruiter with robust expertise in hiring Finacle specialists

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
