Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates across multiple industries and functions.
Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases and reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Stay updated on market trends,



hiring practices, and competitor intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in hiring across BFSI, FinTech, Technology, Sales, Product, or Corporate functions will be an advantage.
Prior experience in consulting or executive search firms is preferred.
