Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research .
n
Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into current clients.
n
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
n
Conduct client meetings,



understand requirements, and present staffing solutions.
n
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures.
n
Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads.
n
Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts.
n
Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure .

Candidate Profile

n

n
5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing .
n
Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation .
n
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
n
Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently.
n
Experience in B2B staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, or workforce solutions preferred.
