We are hiring Tele-Collections Executives for a skilled Banking Collections Call Center – Voice Process in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
Handle customer payment commitments / PTP follow-ups.
Update call dispositions and customer interactions accurately.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Work towards assigned collection and productivity targets.
Follow process, quality and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Profile
DRA-certified candidates will be given preference.
Previous Banking / NBFC / Tele-Collections / Debt Recovery experience preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work.
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
