Qualification
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Willingness to work in a night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational support for internal systems and users.
Monitor and troubleshoot system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Assist employees with technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform routine system checks and maintenance.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
Maintain system-related records and follow IT security procedures.
