Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, quotations, and order processing. Maintain customer and lead records in the system. Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports. Build valuable relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Confident and polite telephone manner. Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively. Sales-oriented approach with positive convincing skills. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
