Key Responsibilities:

Drive individual and team sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.

Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
n
Monitor daily activities, conversions and revenue achievement.
n
Develop strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
n
Support the team in handling objections and closing deals.
n

Candidate Profile:

4–6 years of experience in hardcore, target-driven sales.
n
Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
n
Experience in handling or mentoring a sales team.
n
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced sales setting.
