Job Role: Handle tele-calling, regular follow-ups and corporate communication . Present our projects to CSR teams and explain project impact and budgets. Take active part in all office and field activities .

Lead and manage team members, volunteers and field activities . Take responsibility to plan, coordinate, delegate and complete tasks . Visit slum/project locations and manage activities with children. Support fundraising, client meetings and relationship management.

Prepare presentations, reports and project updates . Support budget planning, cost-cutting and fund allocation . Bring recent ideas and take ownership of work.

Requirements: Valuable English communication, confidence, leadership skills, creativity and willingness to travel in slums. NGO/CSR/fundraising experience is an advantage.
